Personal Coaching - 1 Month

- After Personal consultation we continue to work together
- Weekly 1 hour calls to assess the results and adjust the actions if needed
- I will be available daily to answer questions and help with new habits implementation
- Personalized meal plan for 4-5 days with recipes
